Even though globalization is beneficial for most countries economies, it is still hurting others. When we watched that film about sweatshops in Asia it was hard to cope with the face that I buy the shoes that they make. These people are paid so little that they can barely afford to live and people in richer countries can go buy those shoes like it was nothing. The people who make those shoes could never be able to afford them. I believe for globalization to help the entire world, the rich countries are going to have to give up a little gains. There are people out there that are making so much money off of those sneakers. Globalization will not stop being the world is way to integrated, so we need to find a way for it to work for everyone. Since the United States claims that are concerned with human rights, a reason why they went to Iraq, they should be able to make sure that people in sweatshops are being paid more money, even if it is at their expense.
